Terminal Guardian — Proprietary License Agreement

This license governs use of the Terminal Guardian software ("Software")
purchased from Mean Robotics LLC via Gumroad or other authorized channels.

1. LICENSE TIERS
----------------
Terminal Guardian is sold in three tiers. Your rights depend on the
tier you purchased through an authorized sales channel.

Personal License ($89 one-time):
  - Non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license.
  - Single individual use.
  - One (1) seat.
  - Intended for individual users who want Terminal Guardian on their
    own systems.
  - Includes the standard Terminal Guardian package for Windows and
    PowerShell 7+.

Team License ($349 one-time):
  - Non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
  - Up to five (5) seats.
  - Intended for small teams using Terminal Guardian internally.
  - Includes the Team package and internal use within the licensed seat count.

Business License ($1,299 one-time):
  - Non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
  - Up to twenty-five (25) seats.
  - Intended for internal organizational use within the licensed seat count.
  - Includes the Business package and internal use within the licensed seat count.

Enterprise or custom licensing may be available under separate written terms.

2. RESTRICTIONS
---------------
You may NOT:
  - Redistribute, sublicense, resell, rent, lease, or share the Software
    or any license entitlement with any third party.
  - Publish, host, or expose the Software as a competing commercial
    product, managed service, or shared service bureau.
  - Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to
    the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  - Use one purchased seat for more users than permitted by your license tier.

3. SUPPORT AND UPDATES
----------------------
Any support, updates, or replacement files are provided at the discretion
of Mean Robotics LLC unless separate written terms say otherwise.

4. NO WARRANTY
--------------
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Terminal Guardian is a guardrail, not a vault. It helps reduce risk in
PowerShell workflows, but it does not guarantee prevention of data loss,
system damage, misuse, or every harmful outcome.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL MEAN ROBOTICS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS
BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY,
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF
PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME, ARISING OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE OR INABILITY TO BE USED, EVEN IF
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

MEAN ROBOTICS LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID
FOR THE APPLICABLE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

6. REFUNDS
----------
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the authorized sales
channel used for purchase, including Gumroad where applicable.

7. TERMINATION
--------------
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates
automatically if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop
using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

Mean Robotics LLC reserves the right to terminate this license if the
Software is used in violation of these terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW
----------------
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
-------------------
This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mean
Robotics LLC regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or
contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or communications relating to it.
